The Urbana staff is highly competent, honest, and very attentive. I've been there twice and came away, once again, very satisfied. I highly recommend. ETF

Had a deer run into my 21 Pilot . It has 36K miles on it ; and I’m very picky on keeping it like new. I use to do body work and was anxious about how it would look. They did an amazing job !! It was a 5 star experience from office manager-to adjuster- to repairman- and to the detailer . Would definitely use them again; but, pray I never have to ! 😃

Could not be more pleased with the repair done on our Honda Fit. They did a wonderful job of repairing the damage done to the passenger door. Highly recommend, they do exceptional work and go above and beyond. I brought my car to Fifth Dimension to repair a broken taillight and bumper. They were transparent about the work involved and the timeline for completion (5 days from drop off to pick up, pay half up front, etc.). The quality of the repair was perfect and they also finished everything ahead of schedule. I was especially impressed because they also washed my car inside and outside, and did some light detailing on the inside as well. My car looked almost new when I picked it up. While I hope I never need to return, I know that my car will be well cared-for if I ever do!
